Atlanta law enforcement has turned to increasingly cruel tactics in an attempt to stomp out the movement to Stop Cop City and save the Weelaunee Forest. As of writing at least 42 people are facing terrorism charges for taking part in the movement and one young person was shot dead by police while they had their hands in the air. Almost all of the arrested are being held in pretrial detention without bail.

Armed Jouissance supports a diversity of tactics in preventing the construction of the facility designed to further the oppression of Atlantians and all of us across the country. One of those tactics is to give financial support to the fight. All money raised from this release will go directly to the Atlanta Solidarity Fund - a bail fund who has been critical in supporting the protests against Cop City - until we win the fight and the planned facility is no more.

I can't pin this down genre wise but it hits all the right buttons for me. They remind me of Nirvana if Kurt had started a blackened funeral scream band. The riffs are spacious and devastating and the screams are just as destructive and cathartic. It's just the right length too. Beautiful album. eManRenaissanc
